Chow mein for a lazy day

WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | baguette | brie
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- green tea in the garden
DINNER --- chow mein (stir-fried noodles with green pepper, asparagus and carrots) | steamed fermented tofu with scallions, pickled vegetables in hot chili sauce | red wine


  • chow mein is a spontaneous way to use leftovers
