Korean soft tofu joined by Italian asparagus mousse

BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- cold soba noodles with grated daikon dipping sauce | soft tofu with asparagus mousse
AFTERNOON-TEATIME
--- green tea
DINNER --- boiled greens | confit leeks, mushrooms and tomatoes (leftovers) | steamed pork ribs (leftovers) | rice | red wine
