Pasta with sofrito

BREAKFAST --- coffee | orange bread
LUNCH --- rice with eggplant (leftovers)
AFTERNOON-TEATIME
--- tea | apple
DINNER --- pickled daikon and seaweed salad | steamed fermented tofu with chili and vegetable pickles | pasta with sofrito, sauteed baby octopus and smoked mussel | beer


  • a quick ensemble of the leftover ingredients mostly from last weekend's party.
