LUNCH --- ( at J.G Lu neighborhood lunch corner ) soup dumplings ( Shanghai xiao-long bao) | Nanjing duck-blood tofu soup | dumplings with three kinds of fillings: chive, cabbage, seafood (Northern Chinese jiao-zi)| mung bean wide noodle salad with sesame sauce ( Manchurian la-pi ) | hot pot of veggies and meat (Si-chuan ma-la tang)
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- green tea
DINNER --- scrambled eggs with green peppers | sauteed Roma beans | sauteed purple leaf spinach
