stew with Chinese noodles

LUNCH --- wheat gluten stew with vegetables
AFTERNOON-TEATIME

DINNER --- pan-fried lotus root chips | fresh Chinese thick noodles with bamboo shoots and snow peas in Sichuan Ma-la sauce (焖面)| stir-fried eggplant with Thai basil | wine
