Mango salad

BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- steamed dumplings
AFTERNOON-TEATIME
--- apple
DINNER --- sauteed shiitake and seasoned soy duck | stir-fried cauliflowers and tomato | salad of fennel, endive, radish and mango | rice | wine


  • a quick meal of vegetables and rice. Mexican mango gave the summer staple ( fennel salad ) a nice twist.
