AFTERNOON-TEATIME

DINNER --- sauteed shrimp and silky tofu with cilantro and ginger | steamed and pan-fried Brussels sprouts | stir-fried garlic scape, celery, carrots and smoked tofu | rice | wine




  • stir-fry , saute, and steam, basics of cooking using knife and fire.
