BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- pan-fried gyoza | watermelon
AFTERNOON-TEATIME ---  tea
DINNER --- sweet & sour lotus root with scallion | sauteed Taiwanese silken squash with tomato and knotted cellophane noodles | sauteed baby spinach with garlic | rice | avocado salad | wine
