Chinese taco bun with pork and congee

BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- rice with simmered tofu skin, wood-ear mushroom and tomato 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- pear 
DINNER --- congee | Chinese pickled vegetables | steamed Chinese taco bun with twice-cooked pork shoulder , caramelized onion and cilantro | wine
