soft tofu and crunchy potato

10-22-2013 Tue. chilly, cloudy.  


BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- rice with bitter melon 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- pear
DINNER --- silken tofu and seafood porridge on rice | curried threaded potato | pan-fried Brussels sprouts | wine
