vegetarian Japanese dinner

WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | bread and cheese | apple | grapes
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea | grapes
DINNER --- Japanese seaweed crackers | baked Japanese sweet potato fries | sparkling wine || vegetarian sushi ( pickled daikon, cucumber, dehydrated mushroom, marinated seaweed ) | green tea soba with cucumber,  fermented soy bean and dashi dipping sauce | roasted shishito pepper | one-pot simmered tofu curd, seasonal vegetables and mushrooms with ma-la spices   | rice | sake
