okra and lamb shank stew

4-28-2014 Mon. mild, rain. 



 BREAKFAST --- coffee
 LUNCH --- rice with asparagus 
 AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- apple
 DINNER ---fennel salad | stewed okra, lamb shank, tomato, mushroom and onion | steamed and pan-fried Brussels sprouts | rice | wine 


 
  • a spice wine-braised  lamb shank accidentally ended in the okra stew
