Shanhgai style eight-treasure ragu

DINNER ---  baked boniato fries | simmered kabocha | Shanghai eight-treasure ragu ( winter bamboo shoots, pork and sausage, carrot, green chili, pickled gourd, winter mushroom, smoked tofu curd, chive flowers, simmered with fermented fava bean paste and shanghai soy tian-mian paste )  |   | steamed Chinese taco buns | wine
