BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- pasta with ragu sauce
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- apple
DINNER ---  Shanghai salsa | sauteed napa cabbage with tofu curd | stewed potato and onion | wine 

 
  • used up the last bit of food in the fridge, still managed to have a nice vegetarian meal
