a test drive for Turkish cooking

5-09-2015 Fri. warm, sunny.  


BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- Persian bread | olive and roasted pepper spread 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- apple
DINNER --- stir-fried chive flowers and smoked tofu | Turkish dumplings with yogurt sauce | wine 




 
  • Turkish dumplings, steamed,  topped with garlic mint yogurt sauce
