LUNCH --- rice with vegetables
AFTERNOON-TEATIME ---apple
DINNER --- Turkish apricot, Turkish goat cheese and pistachio with sumac lemon dressing | wine and soy braised short ribs | stir-fried chive flowers and smoked tofu | rice | wine
