LUNCH --- rice with vegetables 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- apple
DINNER --- pan-fried Brussels sprouts | baked Japanese sweet potato fries | vegetable ragu, fennel, celery, onion, carrots, roasted red pepper and kale | rice | wine
