AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea
DINNER ---  homemade Chinese stuffed pancake with chive mixture | parboiled Chinese greens | baked bronzino with ginger and scallion and lemon 


making kimchi: the 5th day
the first jar to fridge (lightly fermented ) 



  • bubbles moving up in the kimchi batch. the sour taste appears thanks to fermentation.
