Homemade cheesebuger with a Nowegian twist

BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- steamed dumplings
AFTERNOON-TEATIME
--- tea| peach
DINNER --- spicy cabbage with fermented fava bean sauce | boiled pea leaves and tofu | cheeseburger with Norwegian brown goat cheese and fried red onion | mixed drink of light rum, seltzer and raspberry sorbet

  • Norwegian goat cheese added a new twist on the homemade cheeseburger
