Italian flat bread in 40 minutes

LUNCH --- rice with sauteed shrimp and bean sprouts

DINNER --- fennel salad | piadine ( Italian flat bread ) | sauteed chayote, mushroom and red pepper | stir-fried chive flowers and smoked tofu | beer

  • Piadine is a stove-top thin flat bread, no yeast and no oven involved.
