Aged tofu

BREAKFAST --- coffee | Pocky chocolate sticks
LUNCH --- steamed dumplings
AFTERNOON-TEATIME
--- dried plums
DINNER --- stir-fried chive flowers and smoked tofu | sauteed shrimp and okra | steamed fermented tofu with shiitake | rice | fennel salad| wine

  • fermented tofu seems to be a bit too ripe this time, the texture not as firm, the taste is almost reminiscent of blue cheese
