- 1 bunch of chive flower buds
- 1 piece of Chinese spice cured tofu
- 1 tsp fermented black beans
- 1 tsp Chinese black bean sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbs cooking oil
- chop the chive flower buds about 2 inch long
- cut cured tofu into thin slices, then into thread about 2 inch long
- heat the cooking oil in a pan, add fermented black beans and black bean sauce, cook for 1 minute
- add chive flower buds to the pan, stir-fry for 1 minute, add soy sauce, sugar and 1 tbs water, stir-fry another 5 minutes
- add threaded tofu to the pan, mix and stir-fry for 3 minutes
- serve with Chinese rice or flat bread
