DINNER --- ( at Saha Yemeni restaurant in SF) fasoulia tagine: giant white beans baked with truffle oil, za'atar and fried goat cheese balls | stuffed artichoke heart: artichoke stuffed with fresh crab, mushrooms and chives, roasted and served ober cilantro-mint sauce | fried okra: Egyptian baby okra battered with cream and flour lightly fried and served with tahini-harissa dip | stuffed beets: baby beets stuffed with marzipan, cheese, caper and anchovy, broiled and served over spicy red chili sauce | grilled sardines: local fresh sardines grilled and served with cucumber yogurt, lightly pickled cucumber | wine | slap ya mama: roasted pear, dates, marzipan and chocolate wrapped in phyllo and baked
