DINNER --- ( at Bund Shanghai restaurant in Chinatown SF) XLB Xiao-long-bao: Shanghai soup dumplings | Yan-shui-ya: Nanjing duck confit | ma-lan-tou: salad of minced Chinese green and smoked tofu | Gan-si: Yangzhou tofu noodles in chicken broth with cured ham, chicken, shrimp, shiitake, and spinach | Si-gua : Chinese squash sauteed with dried shrimp | rice | beer | red bean porridge and tiny sweet rice dumpling
