a Mediterranean treat

BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- steamed dumplings 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- nectarine 
DINNER --- marinated gigante beans and olives | sauteed zucchini | paella ( bomba rice, sofrito, clam juice, garlic scape, pork shoulder, shiitake mushroom, quail eggs, shrimp ) | salad | wine
