BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- rice with chive flower buds and tofu (leftovers )
AFTERNOON-TEATIME
--- tea | cherries
DINNER --- chilled soba noddles with drunken chicken, king mushroom, spring onions and cucumber | Shanghai salsa ( cilantro, smoked tofu and roasted peanuts with chili sauce) | fennel salad with radish, cheery tomato and lettuce | wine
