Experiment with dumpling filling

9-15-2010 Thu. warm, sunny.

BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- rice with sauteed bitter melon
AFTERNOON-TEATIME
--- apple
DINNER --- steamed dumpling with filling of minced chicken, seasoned tofu skin, shiitake and mustard green | fennel salad | red wine

  • finely chopped tofu skin added more chewy texture to the dumpling filling
