cod and new potato stew 


vanilla ice cream 

a hint of red white blue 


cod and potato stew:  cod marinated overnight. potato boiled and peeled. leek cut to short roll and pan-grilled. homemade tomato based sauce with herbs and capers.  simmer cod in marinade low heat to 80% done, sat aside. heat olive oil and fry cooked potato shortly, add leek and sauce and stir.  add cod layer on the top of potatoes, add more sauce on top of cod, low heat simmer to cod 100% done.

Chinese steamed taco bun 
with cha-shao prok, caramelized onion,
 green onion, cilantro 

pan-fried pork cutlet with homemade spice rub 

sauteed kale, bean curd and red pepper
