no need of a refrigerator

BREAKFAST --- coffee | Jian bin | yogurt
LUNCH --- Chinese noodle soup: calms, greens. Leek and tofu-skin rolls | chicken stew with chestnuts in soy and rice wine
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- green tea
DINNER --- soup of greens and thin-sliced tenderloin pork | stir-fried bok choy | stew of eggplants in Cumin and chili-paste sauce | Sautéed three kinds of mushrooms | stir-fried skape with tenderloin pork | rice

  • a nice time of going to the market every morning to get fresh produce and cooking fresh food for the day
