DINNER --- ( at Izakaya Amu, Boulder)  marinated root vegetables wit black seaweed |  sashimi | grilled black cod | octopus with pickled cucumber and spring onion | daikon ribbon | thin sliced beef with lotus root and onion| shrimp stuffed shishito tempura | deep fried mackerel fish bone and head | green tea

•  amazingly the same chef as 8 years ago.

• good variety, good quality, casual and fun. West Udon midtown
