  • a good kung-pao should not see chicken soaked in a gooey sauce

DINNER --- Kung pao chicken | sauteed young mustard green | rice | wine


  • the kung pao chicken did not fair well this time, meat was a bit dry and bland, the whole dish somehow tasted too salty the same time. sauce is off, plus chicken breasts not as good as chicken legs
