sweet rice liquor from home fermentation 

steaming sweet rice  45 minutes

 600g  rice, 12g yeast, 300g water 
in fermentation box 86 degree

DINNERS ---  sauteed Chinese celery with winter bamboo and bean curd | hot pot | scrambled eggs with yellow chives | simmered Chinese eggplant with fermented black bean sauce | sauteed Chinese long beans |  Chinese hand pulled noddles in beef broth with braised beef and mustard greens | pork short ribs steamed in crashed rice and five spices | pasta with baby squid and bitter melon | provincal garlic sage soup with poached egg and toasted bread | peppermint chocolate pastry
