AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- ( at Nespresso Frankfurt) espresso 
BEFORE-DINNER-DRINK --- beer 
WINE-APPETIZER- wine Chablis Grand Cru | Lyon sausage | local meat terrine | Epoisses cheese | Burrata cheese with 30-year aged balsamic vinegar |  heirloom tomato | German bread | Lyon chocolate
DINNER --- ( at Sonia's)  grilled local-made sausage | steamed potatoes | steamed French asparagus | wine

AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- ( in Vezeley ) cappuccino
DINNER --- ( at Carpe Diem ) meat terrine | seared scallop with braised leek | duck breast with caramelized Belgium endive and grated potato cake | Époisses de Bourgogne cheese  | candied apple and ice cream | Burgundy pinot noir | espresso
