AFTERNOON-TEATIME
--- green tea | lightly pickled eggplant
DINNER --- baked Japanese sweet potato fries | sauteed sweet corn, onion, and jalapeno | simmered squid with Japanese leek, ginger and shallot | black quinoa salad, with dried cherries, green and black olives, piquillo peppers, Marcona almonds and cilantro | pan-fried and braised whole pomfret fish | wine

DINNER --- homemade pizza with toppings of tomato, onion, eggplant, mozzarella and arugula | fennel and cherry tomato salad | wine






  • homemade pizza back to menu, with summer tomato and arugula at their best. soft cheese from Iceland is terrific, ripe and flavorful like very good French brie.
