AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- porto | cracker and salami | cheese and fig  
DINNER --- kale stew with prosciutto cubes and onion | barley stew with baby squid and vegetable curry sauce | burrata and tomato salad | wine




 
  • both have good flavors and distinct texture.

pink prosciutto and purple artichoke

WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | croissant | bread and cheese | apple | muscat grapes | prosciutto
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea
DINNER --- fresh mozzarella, tomato, cucumber, and fennel salad | steamed purple artichoke with lemon butter dipping | Thai-style hot and sour seafood stew with egg noodles | wine 














 
  • the season for artichoke started, waiting for the baby ones. the purple variety seems to have a slightly nutty flavor.
