DINNER ---  pasta with radicchio, snow peas,egg | simmered kale with shallot and roasted red pepper | guacamole 



kneaded better this time








interesting top shape and sharp corners
 longer fiber, but  not nearly as long as the Korean's

Asian-style toast bread

6-10-2020 Wed. 


DINNER --- steamed egg custard | curry threaded potato | parboiled pea shoots | eggplant relish 



 the cooked flour starter made yesterday
 after the mix and kneading 
 first shape 
 final shape 
 rise 
 in oven 
 out cooling 
 where is the feathery long  fiber texture ?
 toast! 

wish the bread  as milky tender as the magnolia flower
