baby napa cabbage, Shanghai variety

1-13-2014 Mon. mild, sunny.  


BREAKFAST --- coffee 
LUNCH --- rice with lamb stew 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- apple
DINNER ---Shanghai style simmered baby napa cabbage with wood-ear,shiitake, smoked tofu and Chinese sausage | spicy eggplant with fermented fava bean sauce | stir-fried lotus root |  rice |wine
 




 
  • napa cabbage from local Japanese store, more like the  shanghai variety " huang-ya-cai"
