Winter squash and short ribs

 BREAKFAST --- coffee
 LUNCH --- potato stew and carrots
 AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- apple
 DINNER ---   winter squash and apple soup | Shanghai-style wine and soy braised short ribs | stir-fried chive flowers with smoked tofu | rice | wine
