ceviche and squid ink pasta

12-16-2014 Tue. cool, cloudy to rain.  


BREAKFAST ---  ( at Blue Bottle, SF ) coffee
LUNCH --- ( at  Cholo Soy, Mission district ceviche  | duck and seasoned rice | potato with cream sauce |  purple corn drink ( chicha morada )
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- ( at Chantal Guillon, SF)  tea | macaron 
DINNER --- ( at Verbena, SF)  lamb terrine and toast with fermented tiny green beans and | salad ( dandelion greens, parsnip, apple, hazelnut, buttermilk ) | squid ink lumaconi pasta with scallops, sea urchin and yuzu | seafood stew ( broth: lemongrass , verbena, citrus , fennel, kalp ) | sourdough bread | apple candy cap cake with celery root ice cream and pomelo | wine
