DINNER --- hot & sour soup with egg drops, vegetables and mushrooms | Chinese taco-shaped buns with BBQ pork and stir-fried chives with Si-chuan hot sauce | fennel and avocado salad | red wine

• the taco-shaped bun is called "lotus leaf bun" in Chinese, this meat bun ensemble could be Chinese + taco , or + hamburger, or + hot dog.
