- The blizzard caused damages out there. We had almost three feet snow, the scene outside looked more like Norway today, Norwegian pancakes fit in perfectly.
for 4 pancakes:- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- butter
- brown sugar
- 1 apple, chopped
- mix eggs, milk and flour into a smooth batter
- heat butter in a pan, over medium heat pour in the batter to make a thin pancake, cook for 5 minutes
- flip the pancake to cook the other side for a couple of minutes
- put the pancake on a plate, put chopped apple and brown sugar on the pancake
- roll the pancake and serve
