WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | croissant | mango | Italian cheese and bread 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea 
DINNER --- Bronzini baked in olive oil with Thia basil, garlic, green onion  and ginger | pan-fried baby artichokes with roasted red pepper and fresh garlic sauce | avocado and fennel salad | Italian bread | wine
