Persian food UES

AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- apple  
DINNER --- ( Persepolis, NYC)  eggplant mirza | khoresht fesenjan ( chicken stew with pomegranate and walnuts) | khorsht gaimeh badamjan ( split pea, eggplant and tomato stew) | crispy rice | polo baghali ( basmati rice with dill and fava beans ) | wine 
 









 
  • chicken stew is excellent, now we see where all that walnuts and pomegranate go.
