watercress and pickled yellow beet

WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | croissant | bread and cheese | raspberry | mixed fruit  AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea
BEFORE-CONCERT-DINNER --- yellow beet , radish and watercress salad |  bread topped with roasted red pepper | prociutto | olives and pickles | baked Japanese sweet potato fries | wine
