DINNER --- ( at O. & F. 's castle ) 
A light egg-based savory snack
with a light cocktail (Adonis) 


Tagliatelle alla Contadina, Sardinian Recipe.
Wine: Cannonau di Sardegna (a Sardinian red)

Tacchino arrosto, con contorno di patate.
Quorn based roast, with baked potatoes, Abruzzo recipe,
Wine: Montepulciano d'Abruzzo
Panettone 
Wine: Marsala
