 DINNER ---   duck confit | pea shoots | fried ripe plantain | french green lentils with shiitake, celery, leek, roasted red pepper, green chili, green onion and garlic | home baked sourdough bread | wine 




  • two day curing, overnight cooking,  happy with the result.
