 DINNER --- sauteed bitter melon with fermented black beans | pasta with tomato based clam sauce 

• experimenting the cheap "half-baked" baguette from Trade Joe's, bake 12 min. 425 degree. half decent, no comparison to the ones from Fresh Baguette.
