DINNER ---  "drenched" daikon:  daikon simmered in dashi |  grilled and marinated vegetable melange: kabucha, negi, winter bamboo shoots, eggplant, red pepper, king mushroom and celtuce  | grilled dried mochi | pan-fried whole silver promfret with ginger sauce | wine
