major operation for daikon and its peers

2-13-2016 Sat. freezing cold, sunny.



WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | croissant | orange bread | cheese | pomelo  
AFTERNOON-TEATIME ---apple
DINNER ---  "drenched" daikon:  daikon simmered in dashi |  grilled and marinated vegetable melange: kabucha, negi, winter bamboo shoots, eggplant, red pepper, king mushroom and celtuce  | grilled dried mochi | pan-fried whole silver promfret with ginger sauce | wine
