AFTER-DINNER-drink party ( in Tea House ) ---  Rose, white wine | parboiled soybeans | smoked tofu salad | roasted and marinated beet with kiwi | carrot pastrami | pulled pork with Japanese Tonkatsu sauce, with raisins, grape, green olive, cherry, chili, roasted almond, and fried capers | mini fruit tarts

• a good crowd at the party, everyone enjoyed food and conversation
